Role Overview
Serve as the technical face of Intel's Agentic Platform for customers across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
Guide enterprise and government customers from initial conversations through successful deployment of agentic AI on Intel hardware, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI.
The role combines engineering and customer engagement, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, deployment troubleshooting, field feedback, and customer value delivery.

About the role
Serve as the technical face of Intel's Agentic Platform for customers across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
Guide enterprise and government customers from initial conversations through successful deployment of agentic AI on Intel hardware, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI.
The role combines engineering and customer engagement, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, deployment troubleshooting, field feedback, and customer value delivery.
What you'll do
- Partner with Saudi and GCC customers in banking, energy, telecom, and public sector to understand use cases and design solutions on Intel hardware.
- Run technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites.
- Help deploy and integrate the Agentic Platform from initial setup through production rollout; resolve technical issues with the engineering team.
- Translate requirements, blockers, and feature requests between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and global engineering teams.
- Create Arabic and English solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
- Bring customer and field feedback to the platform team to inform improvements and adoption.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, solutions or presales engineering, technical consulting, or technical support with an engineering component.
- Ability to read and write code in at least one language, with examples including Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud, Linux, and APIs; able to discuss integrations, debug deployments, and read logs.
- Fluency in Arabic and English for customer meetings, technical presentations, and documentation.
- Strong communication and customer-first approach; patient, curious, and persistent when problems occur.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic SDKs, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms with KSA region presence, such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, or consulting firm operating in MENA.
Work model and location
- The role is eligible for a hybrid work model, splitting time between an assigned Intel site and off-site work.
- Primary location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; the role includes travel within the Kingdom and occasional travel across the GCC.
