Position Overview
The company is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for Solar EPC projects.
The role covers site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and project coordination for Solar PV systems.
Required Experience
- At least five years of UAE experience in Solar EPC projects is required.
- Experience with both on-grid and off-grid Solar PV projects is required.
- Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV projects is required.
Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning is required.
- Knowledge of DEWA inspection and project coordination is required.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, drawings, specifications, and site safety requirements is required.
- The engineer must be able to manage site activities and subcontractors and coordinate with consultants and clients.
Additional Advantages
- Hands-on experience in BIPV projects is an advantage.
- DEWA and DM certification is an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,383.04 to AED 9,666.36 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise site activities for Solar PV EPC projects.
- Coordinate Solar PV installation, testing, and commissioning works.
- Manage rooftop and ground-mounted solar project activities.
- Coordinate DEWA inspections and support project approvals.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Interpret and work from drawings and technical specifications.
- Maintain compliance with site safety requirements.
