Full-time Project Sales Engineer role covering the UAE construction market.
Products include solar hot water systems, calorifiers, commercial heat pumps, commercial boilers, and swimming pool heat pumps.
Responsibilities
- Track upcoming projects and get company brands specified with consultants.
- Submit material approvals, technical submittals, and compliance statements.
- Build relationships with MEP contractors, main contractors, and developers.
- Review tenders, BOQs, and specifications and prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close orders; coordinate delivery, installation, and commissioning with operations.
- Follow up on payments, maintain the project pipeline, and meet quarterly and annual targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of UAE project sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, water heating, solar, or MEP.
- Existing network of UAE MEP contractors and consultants.
- Experience with submittals, approvals, and tender processes.
- Valid UAE driving license and fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,515.08–11,828.21 per month.
- Package includes competitive salary, commission, and car allowance.
Workplace
- The role covers the UAE and requires in-person work and project-market activity.
