Lead multiple engineering teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Teams work on developer experience, SDLC improvements, and core business capabilities, including financial services and business-layer features.
Partner with technical and product leaders and stakeholders to deliver value to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in AI-forward development and deliver software across DevX/SDLC and core business work.
- Own delivery commitments, people leadership, budgets, cost control, and team culture.
- Coach team leads and senior engineers; adjust capacity and staffing as priorities shift.
- Coordinate release readiness, documentation, training, and communications with internal partners.
- Guide technology decisions and align prioritization, resourcing, and costs with business needs.
- Report on execution and adoption, use AI tools in leadership work, and support engineering innovation.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with agentic and AI-assisted development and AI tools for leadership work.
- Track record leading multiple engineering teams working with cloud technologies.
- End-to-end enterprise SaaS product development experience at scale.
- Experience driving adoption and enablement of tools, platforms, or releases.
- Technical knowledge at code level and ability to guide sound technology decisions.
- Strong delivery, communication, prioritization, and people-development capabilities.
