WHAT YOU’LL DO

Design, build, and maintain high-quality frontend experiences for Enterprise Controls.
Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, testers, and other frontend engineers to deliver intuitive experiences for enterprise users.
Take ownership of frontend features from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to frontend technical discussions and help the team make effective implementation decisions.
Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback on frontend quality, maintainability, and user experience.
Help establish and maintain frontend development standards, patterns, and best practices.
Build responsive, accessible, reliable, and maintainable user interfaces.
Integrate frontend experiences with backend services and APIs.
Troubleshoot frontend issues, improve performance, and help reduce delivery bottlenecks.
Use modern testing practices to ensure frontend changes are reliable and fit for production.
Collaborate with frontend engineers in other teams and contribute to shared frontend solutions where appropriate.
Support frontend work across Enterprise Controls, Users, and Locations as priorities and capacity require.
Work with an energised, fun, friendly, and customer-focused cross-functional team.
Use modern Agile and Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD.
Use AI coding tools as part of normal delivery while maintaining ownership of design decisions, code quality, testing, and what reaches production.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production frontend applications.
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications.
A solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and API integration.
Experience writing and maintaining frontend tests.
Experience reviewing code and providing constructive technical feedback.
The ability to work independently on frontend problems and make sound implementation decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with product, design, backend, QA, and frontend engineers.
An interest in learning new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
The ability to work from our Hyderabad office 2–3 days a week.
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE
Experience working on enterprise, administrative, or complex data-driven applications.
Experience with design systems or shared component libraries.
Experience with frontend performance optimisation.
Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Experience working with automated frontend testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience collaborating across multiple engineering squads.
Experience with backend technologies, APIs, or full-stack development.
Experience using AI coding assistants or agents to deliver production software, including reviewing and testing generated output.
