Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and social)
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets through disciplined prospecting, pipeline management, and effective sales execution
• Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding
• Manage a detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
• 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity, short sales-cycle environment
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, including outbound lead generation
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve outbound prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline internal workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -
• $58,500 - $62,500 USD (base)- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
