We're looking for a hands-on Software Developer who can move fast, adapt to new stacks, and take features from idea to production.
You will work across the full stack building web applications, publishing mobile apps, managing databases, and handling basic deployment/DevOps while using AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate delivery and quickly get productive on unfamiliar technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain web applications using React JS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop, package, and publish React Native mobile apps for Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store), including handling store listings, compliance, and release cycles.
- Design schemas and write efficient queries across relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deploy and maintain applications on servers; support basic DevOps tasks (CI/CD pipelines, process management, environment configuration, monitoring, backups).
- Use AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as part of the daily workflow to research, prototype, debug, and accelerate development especially on unfamiliar tools or frameworks.
- Pick up new coding tasks, languages, or frameworks as project needs evolve, with minimal ramp-up time.
- Deliver features and full projects quickly, without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability.
- Collaborate with founders/leads on architecture decisions, estimates, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Write clean, documented, and reusable code; participate in code reviews and testing.
Required Skills
- Solid working knowledge of React JS, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Practical experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (or similar relational/NoSQL databases).
- Hands-on experience building React Native apps and successfully publishing them to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (including signing, provisioning, and store review process).
- Working knowledge of deploying applications to servers (Linux environments, Nginx/Apache, PM2/Docker) and basic DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control workflows, environment/secrets management).
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to speed up development, debugging, and learning.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling (npm/yarn, bundlers, linting).
- A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently; this role frequently involves tools or frameworks you haven't used before.
- Good problem-solving skills and the judgment to know when to ask for help vs. dig in and figure it out.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month.
