, with proven experience supervising cleaning operations and managing teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning team to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with site team to deliver seamless FM services.
- Monitor service performance, conduct inspections, and ensure HSE and quality standards are met.
- Promote sustainability through effective waste and resource management practices.
- Address concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience within the
- Facilities Management industry
- is mandatory.
- Track record in a similar Soft Services, Housekeeping, or Cleaning Operations role.
