We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as an Admin Executive . This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications across departments
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters) in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams as required
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
Requirements:
- Emiratization role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
