Overview
We are seeking a
professional and customer-focused Concierge
to support day-to-day operations at a residential property.
The role requires delivering a high level of service experience while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Act as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and management teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all residents
- Manage front desk / reception operations efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, courier deliveries, and visitor logs
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, service requests, and daily activities
- Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with entry procedures
- Report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or emergencies promptly
- Ensure emergency contact details and escalation procedures are up to date
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional grooming and behavior at all times
- Provide a service-oriented approach to support resident needs
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum
- 1–3 years’ experience
- in concierge, front desk, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, reporting)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English;
- Arabic is an advantage
