Soft Services Supervisor
Role Overview
Delivery of cleaning services within Dubai Metro.
The Soft Services Supervisor coordinates, supervises, and monitors cleaning and associated soft services across Dubai Metro facilities.
Ensures subcontractor performance meets contractual deliverables, RTA KPI targets, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Supervisors are roving and responsible for a specified number of locations within their area.

Role Overview

The Soft Services Supervisor coordinates, supervises, and monitors cleaning and associated soft services across Dubai Metro facilities.
Ensures subcontractor performance meets contractual deliverables, RTA KPI targets, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Supervisors are roving and responsible for a specified number of locations within their area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Soft Services Manager in meeting RTA KPI targets.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved working instructions and cleaning processes.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimization.
- Oversee special event arrangements and escalate discrepancies.
- Verify departmental documentation for audit purposes.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning consumables, chemicals, and tools.
- Supervise manpower service providers across stations, car parks, ancillary buildings, trains, and depots.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and handled per COSHH requirements.
- Oversee operation and scheduled maintenance of large cleaning equipment.
- Monitor waste management, pest control, feminine hygiene, and laundry subcontractors.
- Conduct audits of stations, car parks, depots, and trains.
- Ensure cleaning-related incidents and accidents are reported, investigated, and resolved.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a soft services department in a facilities management environment.
- Soft Services Supervisor experience in malls, airports, or large facilities.
- Preferably with BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) or equivalent.
