Takara Hospitality Group seeks a creative, results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the group's and its restaurant brands' social media presence.
The role calls for knowledge of social platforms, content creation, community management, and social media trends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage THG and restaurant brand social accounts and develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms; write captions and social copy in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators; cover restaurant activities, launches, events, promotions, and activations.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions; manage community engagement and respond professionally.
- Track trends, viral content, formats, and platform updates; identify ways to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations; monitor competitors and analyze social media performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and track KPIs; ensure content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing and proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms; excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Content creation, photography, or video experience is an advantage.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus.
- Experience in F&B, restaurants, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
Compensation
- Salary is SAR 5,000 per month.
