Role Overview
Takara Hospitality Group (THG) is looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of THG and its restaurant brands, leading creative design projects, and ensuring high-quality visual communication across digital, social media, print, and marketing campaigns.

About the Role
Takara Hospitality Group (THG) is looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of THG and its restaurant brands, leading creative design projects, and ensuring high-quality visual communication across digital, social media, print, and marketing campaigns.
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative design direction for THG and its restaurant brands.
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Design social media content, digital advertisements, menus, posters, packaging, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple platforms and formats.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Operations teams.
- Review and provide creative direction on designs produced by junior designers or external suppliers.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, agencies, printers, and other creative partners.
- Support restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, events, promotions, and product launches.
- Develop creative assets for both digital and offline channels.
- Stay updated with design trends, F&B trends, social media formats, and visual communication trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative and branding work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is highly preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- Salary: SAR 3,900.00 per month.
