- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, video, stories).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
- Creativity and eye for design (basic graphic/video editing is a plus).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
