- **Surveillance Monitoring** Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security technologies to detect unusual activity.
- **Emergency Response** Act as first responders in cases of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats; coordinate with police or fire departments.
- **Incident Reporting** Write detailed reports on daily activities, irregularities, and incidents for accountability and investigations.
- **Rule Enforcement** Warn or remove violators, enforce company policies, and maintain order among employees and visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Attention to detail** for spotting irregularities.
- **Physical fitness** to stand for long periods and respond quickly.
- **Communication skills** for interacting with staff, visitors, and authorities.
