Need a dedicated supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
The Supervisor will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of a exhibition.
This role ensures smooth operations, manages staff, coordinates with designers and vendors, and delivers an engaging visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the exhibition center and ensure smooth event execution.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and internal team.
- Cash Collection and other related activities
- Coordinate with designers, brands, and exhibitors to ensure proper setup.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Handle visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee logistics such as booth arrangements, lighting, and display aesthetics.
- Prepare daily reports on attendance, sales, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition.
- Monitor inventory of exhibition materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations or event/exhibition management.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, retail supervision, or events.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
