Job Overview
We are looking for a creative **Content Creator / Social Media Specialist** with **3–4 years of experience** to manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, video editing, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across platforms such as **Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create high-quality content including posts, videos, reels, and scripts
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly
- Engage with the online community and respond to audience interactions
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
- Manage and guide the social media/content team
Requirements
- **3–4 years of experience** in content creation or social media management
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and tools
- Skills in **video editing, content ideation, and scriptwriting**
- **Mandarin (Chinese) speaking preferred**
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
