Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist (ERP Solutions)
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to join our team and help grow our ERP software business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and creating marketing campaigns that attract businesses interested in ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote ERP systems and business solutions.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, case studies, and educational content) related to ERP, accounting, inventory, HR, and business automation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team with marketing campaigns.
- Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
- Manage online communities and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
- Content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of ERP systems, business software, or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Preferred
- Experience in marketing ERP, accounting systems, or business management software.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus.
