We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media engagement, paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, content promotion, and performance analytics.
The candidate must be proficient in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience targeting, CTR analysis, and social media growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Engagement Rate.
- Conduct audience research and create targeted advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media management tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and lead generation techniques is an added advantage.
- Experience in boosting posts, remarketing campaigns, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
