Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, promoting property listings, and enhancing our online presence to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote property listings and real estate services.
- Produce engaging photo, video, and reel content for properties.
- Write compelling captions and property descriptions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers professionally.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and real estate market developments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote available properties and projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, preferably in real estate.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
