Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled **IT & Social Media Executive** to manage the company's IT infrastructure, domains, networks, and day-to-day technical support requirements.
The successful candidate will also assist in managing the company's digital presence through social media platforms and online marketing activities.
IT Responsibilities
- Manage company domains, hosting services, email accounts, and website administration.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system security, backups, and data protection measures.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and applications.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts and online platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand awareness activities.
- Coordinate with management to develop marketing content and communication strategies.
- Maintain website content and ensure information is up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of relevant experience** in IT support, network administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge of domain management, networking, hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with website management, hosting platforms, and email systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
- Experience in **digital marketing and social media management** will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
& Benefits
- **Salary:** QAR 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Benefits as per company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
