Social Media Marketing Manager

Role purpose
Own the social ecosystem for Washmen and its premium service brands, shaping brand presence, audience growth and conversion.
Build meaningful creator relationships, develop content suited to Dubai’s social culture and turn customer attention into action.
Work with the Marketing Director, Creative Director and creative team, with room to test and develop repeatable approaches.
Content and community
- Build monthly and quarterly content plans across platforms and define content pillars, formats, hooks and posting cadence.
- Set channel roles for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Write creative briefs, hooks, scripts and shot lists; ensure content reflects the premium tone, brand identity and cultural relevance.
- Manage DMs, comments and customer interactions; establish response guidelines and escalation processes.
- Turn conversations into leads, bookings and long-term loyalty.
Influencer and brand management
- Lead gifting, seeding, paid collaborations and affiliate programs.
- Manage UGC, whitelisting and Spark Ads, usage rights and contracts, and build long-term creator relationships.
- Maintain consistent premium positioning across three brands and oversee crisis communication when needed.
Production and performance
- Manage freelancers, creators and production partners, including budgets, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
- Track performance and ensure smooth execution across campaigns.
Experience and qualifications
- Fluent English.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or community management.
- Live in Dubai and deeply understand the local culture.
- Have run influencer campaigns with measurable results, beyond awareness alone.
- Understand cultural adaptation of content and authentic luxury brand positioning.
- Build relationships with creators and community leaders; be creative, resourceful, organized and proactive.
