Social Media Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms and day-to-day content.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies and content plans.
• Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Create timely content from events, activations, installations, and projects, including same-day content when required.
• Capture and coordinate photo and video content during events and projects.
• Edit videos and Reels for social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas that showcase projects, services, equipment, event setups, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across social media platforms.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, formats, and content styles.
• Work with the sales, creative, and operations teams to identify opportunities for new content.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular insights on reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Proven experience managing and developing social media accounts.
• Demonstrated results in growing engagement, reach, followers, or overall account performance.
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong ability to create and edit Reels and short-form video content.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of branding.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks from concept through execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and creating content around events and live projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, image/video creation, editing, and creative development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, marketing, production, lifestyle, or other creative industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• We value someone who is creative, enthusiastic, proactive, and genuinely interested in social media and content creation.
• The successful candidate will have freedom to bring ideas, experiment with new content formats, and help shape the company's online presence.

Compensation

• Pay: From ﷼5,000.00 per month.

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
