A production company seeks a Social Media Manager to manage client accounts, develop marketing strategies, and analyze digital campaigns.
The role connects business objectives to plans and measurable performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Manage client social media accounts and study their work, audiences, and competitors.
- Prepare strategy, monthly and quarterly content plans, and publishing schedules.
- Write client-aligned marketing and advertising content and prepare plans for awareness, engagement, leads, or sales.
- Define and monitor performance indicators and coordinate delivery with design, content, photography, and production teams.
- Manage advertising campaigns or monitor specialist execution and improve performance.
- Monitor messages, comments, and audience trends; analyze reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, and business results.
- Prepare monthly reports with results, comparisons, challenges, recommendations, and upcoming plans; present reports and proposals to clients.
- Propose new ideas, maintain client satisfaction, and meet deadlines and output-quality expectations.
Required skills
- Strong experience managing social media accounts and preparing marketing strategies and content.
- Excellent Arabic marketing and advertising writing; English proficiency is preferred.
- Understand audiences, platforms, and methods to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Read platform analytics, prepare reports, explain data, and align campaigns with business and sales objectives.
- Manage clients and presentations; communicate professionally and work effectively with creative and production teams.
- Use strategic and creative thinking, organization, and time management to manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with project management tools and analytics and advertising platforms.
