Social Media Manager (Revenue-Focused) – Matcha Vibes

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Plan and manage content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and workshops
• Work closely with the content creator to ensure daily high-quality output
• Turn trends into traffic and sales, not just views
• Manage posting, captions, hashtags, and distribution
• Monitor performance and optimize weekly based on real data
• Drive footfall, bookings, and average check through content and campaigns
• Manage community (DMs, comments, engagement)
• Coordinate collaborations, influencers, and partnerships

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required)
• Strong background in retail and preferably F&B
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat algorithms
• Ability to analyze metrics and connect them to business results
• Experience running campaigns that generated real revenue (not just reach)
• Strong copywriting and content direction skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven
• Based in Dubai or able to work closely with the team

• Cost per guest (marketing spend / real customers)
• Revenue generated from social media
• Growth in daily footfall
• Workshop bookings and campaign conversions
• Average check uplift

• Experience with paid ads (Meta / TikTok)
