About This Role
Social Media Manager (Revenue-Focused) – Matcha Vibes
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands one thing clearly: social media is not about likes, it’s about driving real customers and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Plan and manage content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and workshops
- Work closely with the content creator to ensure daily high-quality output
- Turn trends into traffic and sales, not just views
- Manage posting, captions, hashtags, and distribution
- Monitor performance and optimize weekly based on real data
- Drive footfall, bookings, and average check through content and campaigns
- Manage community (DMs, comments, engagement)
- Coordinate collaborations, influencers, and partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required)
- Strong background in retail and preferably F&B
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat algorithms
- Ability to analyze metrics and connect them to business results
- Experience running campaigns that generated real revenue (not just reach)
- Strong copywriting and content direction skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven
- Based in Dubai or able to work closely with the team
KPIs (Important):
- Cost per guest (marketing spend / real customers)
- Revenue generated from social media
- Growth in daily footfall
- Workshop bookings and campaign conversions
- Average check uplift
Bonus:
- Experience with paid ads (Meta / TikTok)
- Influencer marketing and partnerships
- Experience in launching or scaling a brand
What We Care About:
We are not looking for “posting managers”.
We are looking for someone who can turn content into cash, build a strong brand, and grow a real community around Matcha Vibes.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
Pay: AED20.00 - AED40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
