Café Supervisor

About This Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Café Supervisor with a solid background in hospitality and several years of hands-on experience in managing café operations. This role is critical for us, as we are not building just a local café, but a fast-growing brand with global ambitions.

The Café Supervisor will work closely with the Café Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, managing POS operations, overseeing unit maintenance, and ensuring that all operational standards are consistently met. The candidate must deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong communication with guests, and actively contribute to creating a premium customer experience.

In addition, the role involves driving sales by promoting and selling our products and merchandise, as well as supporting collaborations and partnerships with external brands and clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both operational and customer-facing responsibilities at a high level.

We are looking for someone who understands that hospitality today is not only about service, but about building a brand, a community, and a system. You must be able to lead by example, maintain high energy on the floor, and ensure that every guest receives an outstanding experience.

This is initially a trial-based position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role once we are aligned and performance meets expectations. We are looking for top-level talent and are ready to invest in the right person who wants to grow with us long-term.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED180.00 - AED220.00 per day
