Content Creator (Retail / F&B Focus) – Matcha Vibes
We are looking for a highly creative and fast-executing Content Creator to join our team in Dubai and bring our brand to life across social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Capture daily in-store moments, products, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content
- Work with lighting, angles, and composition to produce premium visual content
- Follow trends and adapt them quickly to our brand
- Collaborate with the team to align content with campaigns, launches, and workshops
- Maintain consistent brand style and aesthetic
Requirements
- Proven experience as a content creator (portfolio required)
- Experience in retail and preferably F&B
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Must own an iPhone (latest models preferred) and/or professional camera
- Ability to shoot with proper lighting (natural + artificial setups)
- Skilled in editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Fast, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
Bonus
- Experience with food styling and beverage content
- Understanding of branding and storytelling
- Experience growing social media accounts

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
Pay: AED50.00 - AED80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
