  • As Event & Partnership Manager, you'll own the full spectrum: from global industry expos and regional trading seminars to strategic partnership deals and sponsorship programmes.
  • This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and knows how to turn a room of traders into a room full of MH Markets advocates.
  • You'll work globally, travel regularly, and collaborate across every team in the organisation.
  • Key Responsibilities 1.
  • Global Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and own the annual global events calendar, covering industry expos, regional trading seminars, client appreciation events, and online webinars.
  • Define event objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for each event type and region.
  • Identify high-value event opportunities across APAC, MENA, LATAM, Africa, and Europe — both to attend and to host.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning: venue sourcing, logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, and post-event reporting. 2. Industry Expos & Conference Management
  • Lead MH Markets' presence at major global FX/fintech expos including iFX EXPO, Finance Magnates Summit, Dubai Forex Expo, and regional equivalents.
  • Own the full expo lifecycle: stand design brief, staffing plan, speaker submissions, pre-event lead generation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate branded materials, giveaways, and event-specific promotional offers with the Creative and Compliance teams.
  • Build event-specific campaign tracks in collaboration with CRM and Performance Marketing to maximise lead conversion post-event. 3. Regional Seminars & Client Events
  • Design and execute regional trading seminars, client workshops, and educational events tailored to local market needs and trader profiles.
  • Partner with regional marketing leads to identify key cities, local speakers, and venue partners across Vietnam, Thailand, GCR, MENA, LATAM, Africa, and Europe.
  • Develop event content programmes: speaker agendas, trading demonstrations, product showcases, and MH Academy learning components.
  • Manage on-the-ground event execution, including staff briefings, client registration, and real-time problem solving. 4. Strategic Partnership Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with MH Markets' growth objectives: affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), white-label partners, technology providers, and media partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear qualification criteria, deal terms, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to convert strategic partnerships into revenue-generating relationships.
  • Manage existing partner relationships — conducting regular performance reviews, providing co-marketing support, and identifying opportunities to scale. 5. Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities across financial events, trading communities, sports, and lifestyle properties relevant to target trader demographics.
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms, deliverables, and rights; coordinate activation with Brand, Creative, and PR teams.
  • Measure sponsorship effectiveness through brand recall, lead generation, and audience reach metrics.
  • Build a sponsorship portfolio that enhances MH Markets' credibility and visibility in priority markets. 6. Co-Marketing & Partner Campaigns
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with key partners — co-branded campaigns, referral programmes, shared webinars, and content collaborations.
  • Brief and coordinate partner deliverables across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Ensure all co-marketing materials meet MH Markets' brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Track and report on co-marketing campaign performance and partner contribution to growth metrics. 7. Budget Management & ROI Reporting
  • Own and manage the global events and partnership budget; track spend against allocations and optimise investment based on ROI.
  • Deliver post-event reports covering attendance, lead generation, CPL from events, conversion rates, and qualitative feedback.
  • Present quarterly events and partnership performance reviews to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build a cost-per-acquisition model for event and partnership channels to inform future investment decisions.
