Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to protect digital assets, networks, and sensitive information from advanced cyber threats.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in offensive and defensive security strategies, including penetration testing, ethical hacking, red teaming, and threat hunting.
This role involves securing infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, conducting cyber threat intelligence (CTI) operations, and responding to security incidents.
The successful candidate will be proactive in detecting, mitigating, and neutralizing cyberattacks before they escalate.
1. Security Operations & Threat Management
- Continuously monitor security events, analyze threats, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing (internal/external) and red team exercises to simulate real-world attacks.
- Deploy and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions.
- Identify zero-day vulnerabilities, backdoors, and advanced persistent threats (APT) techniques.
- Utilize threat intelligence platforms to track nation-state actors, ransomware gangs, and cybercriminal tactics.
2. Offensive Security & Attack Surface Management
- Perform attack surface assessments to identify exploitable entry points across applications, networks, and cloud environments.
- Develop custom exploits and payloads for in-depth security testing.
- Reverse engineer malware, analyze payloads, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Work with bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure processes.
- Simulate real-world cyberattacks, social engineering campaigns, and phishing assessments to measure security resilience.
3. Risk Management & Compliance
- Assess and mitigate cyber risks using industry best practices and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and UAE regulatory requirements).
- Implement zero-trust security architectures and least privilege access models.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to enforce cybersecurity policies.
