Overview
- Manage Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Administer AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, WAF, and related services.
- Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, Helm, and ArgoCD deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Zabbix, and CloudWatch.
- Support Nginx/OpenResty, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Support infrastructure security, vulnerability remediation, access control, and compliance requirements.
