We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven **Social Media Manager** to lead and execute our digital presence across all platforms.
The ideal candidate understands brand positioning, audience engagement, content strategy, and performance analytics — and knows how to turn ideas into measurable growth.
This role requires someone who blends creativity with data, storytelling with structure, and innovation with consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, campaigns)
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay ahead of the market
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform trends
- Experience in content planning, paid ads, and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or corporate branding is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
