Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across different industries.
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Present BrandXB’s media and marketing services in a professional and convincing manner.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized service packages.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the account management and creative teams during client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business-related activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE**.
• Previous experience in a **media, digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency** is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and agency services.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Strong network and knowledge of the UAE business market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and client-management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have a **valid UAE driving licence and own car**.
