Overview
e are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Restaurant Manager** to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and manage the full front-of-house performance.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent guest experience.
- Maintain strong customer relations and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Manage schedules, staff performance, and shift planning.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
- Drive sales performance, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Create a positive, professional work culture and uphold brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in a similar managerial role within F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and capability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reporting, and basic financials.
- Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
