We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager who can oversee, grow, and execute the content strategy across all our brands.
The Social Media Account Manager will manage multiple social media accounts across different industries.
The role involves strategy, content planning, execution, coordination with creative teams, and performance tracking.
You must be organized, creative, and able to adapt your tone and strategy to different industries and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- **Account Management:** Oversee social media accounts for all group businesses and external clients; and ensure each brand has a consistent and strong digital presence.
- **Content Strategy:** Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each brand’s goals and audience.
- **Content Coordination:** Work with designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators to produce engaging content, as well as coordinate with all teams for content, plan and attend shoots, film content with phone on ground for behind-the-scenes and stories.
- **Posting & Scheduling:** Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- **Community Management:** Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers across all accounts.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Track performance, analyze insights, and provide weekly/monthly reports to guide improvements.
- **Trend Research:** Stay updated on social trends and adapt strategies to keep content fresh and competitive.
- **Brand Alignment:** Ensure messaging, tone, and visuals for each brand remain consistent and professional.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (agency experience preferred).
- Industry awareness and willingness to learn the regulations of each sector to ensure all content remains compliant.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and platform best practices.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools.
- Able to plan, execute, and manage content calendars independently.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with creative teams and keep workflows organized.
- Strong time management - able to juggle multiple brands.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
