Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, and a passion for performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page recommendations
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and ROAS metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
