Role Description

Own Goaco’s social presence end to end by planning, creating and publishing high quality content that grows engagement, strengthens brand trust and supports pipeline. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and business stakeholders to translate campaigns, delivery stories and team culture into consistent content across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content across video, short form reels, selfies, team spotlights, event coverage, carousels and static posts
• Own the social media calendar across all Goaco channels and keep posting consistent
• Write and refine copy for posts, captions, headlines and CTAs with strong tone control
• Produce blog posts and convert blogs into social content series
• Manage community engagement: comments, messages, resharing, tagging and social listening
• Coordinate with marketing, delivery teams and leadership to capture wins, case studies and culture moments
• Basic design and editing: Canva templates, light video editing and on brand formatting
• Track performance using platform insights and analytics tools then report weekly and monthly results
• Improve content based on what performs: testing hooks, formats, posting times and creative variations
• Maintain quality control: spelling, brand voice, compliance, approvals and secure client references
• Support campaigns for events, recruitment and service lines in the UK and UAE

Must have

• Proven experience managing business social channels and publishing regularly
• Strong content creation skills across short form video and image-based posts
• Confident copywriting and editing with high attention to detail
• Understanding of brand consistency and quality standards
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and collecting content from busy teams
• Experience using analytics to improve content performance
• Hands on with Canva and at least one video editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar)
• Organised and proactive with a clear sense of priorities

Nice to have

• Arabic copywriting or translation capability
• Experience in B2B technology, digital delivery, cyber security or public sector marketing
• Basic SEO knowledge for blogs and web content
• Paid social experience across LinkedIn and Meta
• Photography or advanced videography skills
• Experience covering events and creating content on siteTools and ways of working
• Platforms: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube plus company website blog
• Tools: Canva, CapCut (or equivalent), scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer or similar) and analytics dashboards
• Collaboration: work with Goaco marketing, sales, delivery and leadership for approvals and content capture

• Weekly content plan and posting schedule delivered on time
• Growth in reach, engagement rate and follower quality
• Improved click through rates to website, services and recruitment pages
• Consistent brand look and tone across channels
• Monthly insights report with what worked, what did not and next actions
• Increased volume of reusable assets: photos, clips, case study snippets and testimonials
