Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social, Influencer and Creative Manager.

The role involves leading social media strategy across key channels, managing influencer campaigns, and coordinating creative concepts that align with brand and performance goals.

The manager will identify and nurture relationships with creators, negotiate collaborations, and oversee content calendars, briefs, and approvals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring social performance, optimizing campaigns based on data, collaborating with marketing and product stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency in all social and influencer touchpoints.

The role also requires staying ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and best practices in social storytelling and creator partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, including creator discovery, contract negotiation, and campaign oversight.
  • Hands-on Social Media Marketing skills, covering strategy, content planning, and performance tracking across major platforms.
  • Public Relations skills to support brand visibility, reputation management, and partnership storytelling.
  • Sales-oriented mindset to connect social and influencer initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop social-first concepts, assets, and narratives.
  • Ability to use analytics tools to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report clearly on performance.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, creator economy, or tech/AI-driven businesses is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
