Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to two Co-founders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing agendas and follow-ups.
The role includes handling expense reports, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records of executive activities and commitments.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate internal and external communications, screen and prioritize inquiries, and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing presentations and documents, organizing files and information, supporting meeting logistics, and proactively identifying ways to streamline workflows and protect the Co-founders’ time.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and basic financial tracking to support accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across cultures and levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, data organization, and managing digital and physical filing systems.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or founders in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort with productivity tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, task/project management tools).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business
