Role Description

The Brand and Events Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping KIDAN’s brand presence and delivering high-impact events across key markets.

Day-to-day tasks include developing brand positioning and messaging, planning and executing virtual and in-person events, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, and growth teams to align event concepts with broader brand and revenue objectives, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating with vendors, partners, and speakers.

The Brand and Events Manager will also analyze event performance, optimize future initiatives, and contribute ideas that strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity stewardship.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person), with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content-driven campaigns that support brand and event objectives.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics tools to measure event performance, brand impact, and audience engagement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, AI-native environment.
  • Experience with tech, media, or high-growth brands, and an understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
