Job Description -

  • 10–15 years consulting experience in healthcare and social development sector
  • Arabic Speaking
  • A Bachelor degree or higher in Technology related domains, Public Health , Social Development or Public Policy
  • Understand of AI in healthcare and social development
  • GCC experience, preferably with proven track record owning sales and revenue targets and major accounts in the GCC public sector
  • Well established senior level relationships within Dubai government across healthcare & social sector
  • Executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage portfolio of Social Development & Healthcare accounts
  • Own sector pipeline aligned to human capital and social development priorities
  • Define and execute account strategies across priority ministries and authorities
  • Lead large, complex bids across education modernization and social sector transformation
  • Build C-suite relationships at federal and local levels
  • Act as engagement executive or sector SME on key programs
  • Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
  • Activate strategic alliances (edtech platforms, digital learning, analytics partners)
  • Drive education and social sector thought leadership
  • Coordinate with Capability Teams for integrated solutions
  • Develop thought leadership and represent Invent in relevant industry forums
