Public Sector Specialist (Director/Senior Manager)

Role summary:

Support the growth of Capgemini Invent’s Public Sector portfolio in the UAE by contributing to sales, delivery, and capability development.

Act as a senior subject matter expert, supporting account strategies, shaping complex opportunities, and ensuring delivery excellence across government clients.

Reporting to the UAE Public Sector Leader

Support key Public Sector capabilities by providing subject matter and technical expertise aligned with market demand

Own and contribute to delivery of strategic engagements across priority government entities

Support pre-sales activities including opportunity shaping, proposal development, and client presentations

Contribute to the growth of targeted accounts through cross-selling and up-selling

Collaborate with Invent and Capgemini teams to leverage best-in-class capabilities

Build strong client relationships, supporting account growth and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Drive the development of compelling bids in collaboration with capability teams

Contribute to go-to-market strategies and sector positioning

Conduct research and develop insights on public sector priorities and trends

Own and contribute to delivery of won engagements across government entities, ensuring excellence, quality, timeline adherence and profitability.

:

8–12 years of experience in public sector consulting or related industries

Strong experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and delivery of consulting engagements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Technology, Data or related fields

GCC experience preferred, ideally within UAE public sector

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
