Experienced Slickline Supervisor/Field Specialist supporting offshore and onshore well intervention operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise slickline rig-up, execution, and rig-down activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and well integrity requirements.
- Review well data; prepare toolstrings and PCE configurations; manage contingency planning.
- Lead fishing operations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, certification, and wire management.
- Coach and develop Slickline Operators and Assistant Operators.
- Complete operational reports, job logs, and service documentation accurately.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of slickline experience.
- Strong knowledge of slickline operations, well integrity, pressure control equipment, and fishing techniques.
- IWCF Well Intervention Certification (Supervisor Level) or equivalent.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
- Technical Diploma preferred.
- ADNOC PTW Permit Receiver authorization is an advantage.
