Role overview
The TS Rock Analysis Engineer is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable PSD service to customers.
Service delivery and improvement
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Execute customer service delivery, identify service improvements, and implement standard work.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Technical and customer support
- Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with technical programs and bids.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Lead Service Quality Meetings and use action plans to improve performance.
Compliance and safety
- Support company and regulatory compliance through CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, wear PPE, and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Team coverage
- Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
