Supports end-to-end Human Capital operations, with a primary focus on payroll administration, HR systems, recruitment support, and UAE Labour Law compliance.
The role requires accuracy, compliance, effective reporting, advanced MS Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing, including data collection, validation, allowances, deductions, and overtime; coordinate with Finance and external payroll providers.
- Maintain employee records in ERP and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support job posting coordination, CV screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law, internal Human Capital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced MS Excel.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system access, stakeholder coordination, and employee queries.
- Maintain trackers for leave, attendance, contracts, visas, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Capital operations, payroll, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with payroll administration in the UAE.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processes and payroll inputs.
- Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Human Capital compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HRIS and ERP platforms.
