We are looking for experienced and reliable Skilled Carpenters to join our technical services team. The role involves constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong craftsmanship skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Install furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, partitions, and wooden fixtures.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance of existing structures and fittings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and site instructions.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of all carpentry work.
- Work with materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, and solid wood.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians on-site.
- Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter in construction or technical services.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Skilled in using carpentry tools and machinery.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI or vocational training in carpentry (preferred).
- Experience in interior fit-outs, maintenance services, or facility management.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and modern carpentry techniques.
- Basic understanding of polishing, finishing, or joinery work.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

- Problem-solving ability on-site.
Experience
- 2–8 years of relevant carpentry experience.
Work Environment
- On-site work across residential and commercial locations.
- May require travel to multiple job sites.
- Flexible working hours depending on project requirements.
