Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and trend-driven Buyer to manage the sourcing, selection, and procurement of home décor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, market trends, and pricing strategies, along with the ability to build strong vendor relationships and drive product profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute buying strategies for home décor categories in line with company objectives
• Identify and source new products, suppliers, and collections based on market trends and customer preferences
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and product lifecycle to optimize stock turnover
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and visual teams to ensure product alignment and presentation
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to guide buying decisions
• Ensure product assortment meets brand positioning and customer expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in home décor or lifestyle retail
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of market trends, materials, and product categories in home décor
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
