Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and closing sales opportunities. Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in Arabic and English
- Introduce and explain company products/services to potential clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or meetings
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Female candidates preferred
