• Monitor installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, furniture, and decorative elements.
• Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout project execution.
• Plan and organize labor allocation to achieve project milestones.
• Report site progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Verify materials received on site and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Assist in snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
