Overview
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of electrical systems within interior fit-out projects.
The role ensures all electrical works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards while maintaining coordination with architectural and interior design elements.
Review and coordinate electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Supervise installation of lighting systems, power distribution, containment systems, low-current systems, and specialty electrical works.
Coordinate electrical works with architectural, interior, and MEP disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
Conduct inspections and quality checks during installation and testing stages.
Review material submittals and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants regarding technical matters.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
Assist in quantity verification and variation assessments.
Participate in testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover processes.
Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives when required.
