• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timeline. • 7 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

• Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control activities.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Supervise site teams and ensure adherence to health, safety, and company procedures.
• Coordinate authority approvals and project handovers.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues promptly.
• Ensure successful project completion within contractual requirements.
